Every closure mould is engineered around the three things that decide whether a cap performs on the filling line: dimensional seal integrity on the sealing surfaces, consistent thread and torque behaviour across every cavity, and cycle time that holds up in mass production.

A cap mould that passes T1 but drifts in production is an expensive mistake. Our closure tooling process is designed to prevent exactly that:
Neck finish, thread profile, hinge geometry, venting and gate position are reviewed against your resin and filling-line requirements before any machining begins.
Bore gauges, thread plug & ring gauges and micron dial verification on each cavity and core — because one bad cavity in a multi-cavity tool ruins the batch.
T1 samples run on our own Milacron 150T press. You receive shot samples plus dimensional reports — approval happens on data, not promises.
