DFM Before Steel

Neck finish, thread profile, hinge geometry, venting and gate position are reviewed against your resin and filling-line requirements before any machining begins.

Every Cavity Verified

Bore gauges, thread plug & ring gauges and micron dial verification on each cavity and core — because one bad cavity in a multi-cavity tool ruins the batch.

Proven Under Pressure

T1 samples run on our own Milacron 150T press. You receive shot samples plus dimensional reports — approval happens on data, not promises.
